A former timber merchant, which was started in 1903 by Johannes Pelin, Antti Lax and J. V. Henriksson. Its timber yard was located in Helsinki and the sawmill in Hausjärvi.

The company was drifted to Talola Oy of KOP Bank (now a part of Nordea) in the 1940’s and merged into its parent company in 1971.
