”Mortgage fund of the Finnish towns Ltd”, in Finnish Suomen Kaupunkien Hypoteekkikassa.

A mortgage lending society, which lend money for building purposes in the largest towns in Finland. Directors of the company were at least Mr. August Ramsay and Julian Serlachius. Kansallispankki (KOP, National bank) was the main founder of the company. The institution was established in 1895 and bankrupted in 1922 because of losses resulting from currency rates. The successor of the company was Suomen Kiinteistöpankki Oy (Mortgage bank of Finland).

The shares of this mortgage fund were listed in the Helsinki Stock Exchange from 1912 to 1921.
