A tyre store of Räsänen family was established originally in 1930 in Wiborg. After the WWII they escaped to Lappeenranta and continued trading. Family of Räsänen hold the majority of the company all the time and decided to sell the business to Nokian Renkaat (Nokian Tyres Ltd) in 1999. Nowadays the tyre shops of Isko are included to Vianor, which is a retailer brand of Nokian Tyres Ltd.
The share of Isko was listed in the Helsinki Stock Exchange from 1988 to 2000. Share of Nokian Tyres is still listed.
Nature of business: Import, export, retailer and wholesaler of tyres.
