Yhtiön A-osake otettiin OTC-listalle 2.1.1989, ja sen markkinatakaajana toimi Kansallis-Osake-Pankki. Yhtiö meni konkurssiin 1993 valuuttaluotoista aiheutuneiden kurssitappioiden takia.

Osakekirja on listautumisannista, jonka Kesätunturi järjesti 4.-14.10.1988. Annissa yleisö sai merkitä 80 000 A-osaketta hintaan 160 markkaa.
